Intimation of vote on the deferred union

Intimation of vote on the deferred union of Cupar Old & St Michael’s of Tarvit Parish Church, Cupar St John’s and Dairsie United Parish Church, and Monimail Parish Church of Scotland to ultimately become Cupar and District Parish Church of Scotland

Notice is hereby given that a congregational vote regarding the proposed
Deferred Union of Cupar Old & St Michael of Tarvit Parish Church of
Scotland, Cupar St John’s and Dairsie United Parish Church of Scotland,
and Monimail Parish Church of Scotland will take place on
Sunday 31st May 2026 after the morning services in each Church.

Only those persons whose names are on the Electoral Register, that
consisting of the Congregational Roll and the Adherents Roll, will be
eligible to vote.

The vote will be by secret ballot, and only those present in person, on the
day of the vote, will be able to vote

The outcome of the vote will be announced to each congregation on
Sunday 7th June 2026.
